These guys are awesome. Last summer during the first heat storm my a/c went out and they had a new condenser installed within a day at a more than reasonable price. There was also a problem with my heater that no other contractor had been able to fix and they had it resolved within a few minutes. They are prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

My A/C compressor was not running late on a Friday afternoon. I called another service company (that I had used before) first and they put me on a "Waiting List". They couldn't even tell me when they might be able to call me back. So, I looked for another service company near me. I saw that Dependable Cooling & Heating was in my area and that they opened at 7:30 AM on Saturday. I got up early and called at 7:30 AM. Carlos answered the phone and after explaining my problem he told me he had other appointments for the day. But, he would come by and see me between 8:30 - 9:00 AM. After some diagnosis that initially sounded terminal. Carlos did more checking and testing and was able to fix it within 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee.
