After working with Richard about what unit we needed he set us up for the right size of A/C unit and heating, and the details of the installation. He was there with any questions once the unit was installed, which only took a part of the morning with his team. They also covered things like checking the ducting up in the addict and making sure the vents were working as well as making sure everything was installed correctly, they even double checked the coolant levels for the A/C unit so we don't have to bring them out twice during the summer. Rowland Air was the fourth company we interviewed for our AC replacement. During the first visit, service advisor Eric Haymann did a survey, measured the square footage of each room (no other companies did that), and asked us as many questions as we asked him in order to recommend the best options for us. Eric’s thorough, detail-oriented approach really stood out and gave us great confidence in the company. He also kept us posted in every step throughout the process.
