Our home was built back in '88. With the original FAU/AC, we decided to upgrade before new regulations forced higher prices. Couple of bids later, we settled on Rowland. It was the best decision we ever made. They promised two days work, and they finished in 2 days. Everything was done correctly and the workers were extremely professional & nice to converse with. So nice, that we bought them lunch on the second day. Their office staff answered any question quickly and efficiently. Their technicians were here on time and left no trace of their work. The end product was 30 to 40% more efficient and our house has never been cooler.
We had an AC unit installed with Rowland Air. We saw how effectively and efficiently Curtis, David, Isaias, and Fredo worked! They were great! Curtis and David communicated everything being done throughout the whole installation process. All four workers were highly efficient and worked great as a team!they hit all the key skills as professionals and not to mention are extremely NICE people!! So happy with their work! From the time I inquire from a representative at Costco till the time they are done with their work was a great experience. My wife and myself was just going to grab few items in Costco when I inquire with ROWLAND’s , next was a visit to check our existing unit, Eric came in and explained thoroughly everything to us. The problem with our existing AC, our options, financing etc. We were convinced and ready to have Rowland do the job to say least after the first visit. It was a big job, as a home owner you have all the worries how they going to go about the work process. When the day arrive to work they make it look so easy: Jeff, Nick, Curtis, Rafa and Ismael. Everyone work in- sync, everyone knows their part of the process. They even encourage us to ask question if we have any.
