Yochim Plumbing

Used to be a great plumbing company. Was just bought out by a new company called absolute airflow heating and air. I have a main sewer line blockage. They came out last night and charged $347 to clear it. The next morning it backed up again. I called them and they couldn't get anyone back out until Monday. I paid premium price due to it was a Saturday night. Heck I could have just waited until Monday and paid less anyways. Way to ruin a great plumbing company in Santa Clarita. Avoid them like the plague. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

I called Yochim plumbing later in the day and they were out first thing in the morning ti help with my sewer backup. Anthony came on time and was very professional and helpful. He knew exactly what to do and handle it in a timely manner. I will absolutely be using Yochim for all my plumbing needs in the future. Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer repair

Yochim recently sold to another company. In the past they were great, timely, fair, kind, reliable. In my recent experience they quoted me an astronomical price for the needed repair. I said I would be willing to pay a price that was 60% less than the quote, and what I read to be the fair rate for the needed repair in CA. They immediately agreed to that price. Then they tried to convince me to replace my whole toilet which was clearly unnecessary. I feel like that is poor business practice. I imagine there is a little old lady who agrees to paying the over market rate because that was the quote. Secondly, since using them I get spam calls constantly for HVAC and more services. I would recommend you avoid. To their credit, then repair was done properly. Service: Toilet repair
