While I don't like their recently implemented $25 service fee, I have been using True Plumbing for several years for my properties. They have always been professional and courteous and their pricing is competitive.
Fixed gas line so new oven could fit flush against our wall. Raul was professional and timely highly recommended .
They wanted to rip me off from the get go. Wanted to charge $1200 for a 20 minute O ring replacement. When I said “no”, the plumber dropped the price. I decided that something wasn’t kosher so decided not to go with them. The whole thing felt very dishonest and that they were hoping I’d roll over under pressure. Very pushy and high pressure sales tactics. I’d never recommend them.
