Pro Max HAVC and Appliance repair is a great company! I was so glad to find them online. I called them up and they answered my questions about re-keying my lock, and the technician came out within a few hours. He was professional and friendly, and he even helped me figure out how to re-key the lock myself. It was so easy! I'm recommending them to all my friends because they are just so fantastic at what they do!

The staff arranged for them to install my new attic stairs because I was going to install new ones before they arrived for the installation so the techs could go up in the attic safely. Although I paid a little extra for it, the added value was unexpected. In around 5 hours, I was able to remove the old system, fix the ductwork, install the new Carrier system, and remove and install my new attic stairs. Very competent, professional, and efficient technicians. I outbid four other proposals and received the lowest price with the highest SEER rating
