This company did a good job in repairing my A/C problem. They were the first one to respond to our call. Last week, we were having three digits weather and our A/C broke. I really appreciate that Jason was the first to show up to repair our service. At first, I thought it was a little pricey but he would take the time to call to explain why he had to charge that amount. He's the only one that would actually care about our concerns. Thank you Jason! We will definitely use you again in the future!!

Superb service! I called Valley on Monday morning. They came that afternoon and had the A/C working again within an hour.

From the moment I called Valley Heating and Air, I was treated as a valued customer with abundant compassion and caring from the office manager, Devin. She was extremely thorough, communicative, and did everything she could to get a representative to our house when it was 110+ degrees. When the technician, Jason came to our house he immediately got to work and provided us options for repair or replacement. We decided to replace the unit since it was so old and couldn't be happier with the service and the new A/C unit. I am recommending Valley Heating and Air to all of my friends and colleagues because I've had nothing but terrific experiences with this awesome group of professionals.
