Mike's Plumbing

I came across John of Mike's Plumbing while around town on an errand. They were just about to start a job at another location. I had a plumbing issue at my house, and was sourcing plumbers. John came over, looked at the pictures and videos I'd taken, and quickly, clearly and concisely diagnosed the problem - while providing a quote and a timeline on the spot. The quote was highly competitive, the timeline was as good as I could ask for. We ended up being able to resolve this issue ourselves, but John's conduct embodies what I value in a service professional - plumbing or otherwise - and speaks to his integrity and his dedication to service. I'll be recommending him for other work in the area, and he'll be my first call for any future work.

I read the reviews from some crazy lady and her friend about Mike's Plumbing. Call the the "funny Farm" for a pick up!! Karen, who is Mike's wife runs the office and is the most lovely lady with whom to speak. She is sweet, helpful, and respectful. I did not meet Mike but they sent Josh who is an employee of their's for many years. Josh, was so professional and did an excellent job with two motion sensor facets in both my bathroom and kitchen. Not every plumber is familiar with these new types of facets. The job was done quickly and Josh was so friendly! The cost was very reasonable and I will ALWAYS call Mike's Plumbing in Carson, California for all plumbing needs. OH! it just occurred to me....the cray lady and friend might have used any other plumbing company as there are many with the name Mike's Plumbing. They should check their source before casting aspersions.

Mike is an absolutely HORRIBLE PLUMBING SERVICE!!!!!! My friend Kevin had him nearly attack him physically, and threaten him. I will never ever use him again to do my plumbing, as he is always late, extremely rude, terrible at plumbing, and I have no idea how he has gotten away with it for so long without going out of business. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!
