We tried to use BA Morrison for installation of an entirely new HVAC system in our home. A guy showed up on time and walked us through the whole process for 45 minutes. Said we would get an estimate in a week. 3 weeks no estimate, no call, no follow-up whatsoever. I called twice and each time I was told by the person who answered that it was either on its way or was emailed. I even checked my spam folder. All a lie. Beware, do not waste your time with this highly unprofessional business.
Came out within a day to replace the capacitor on our AC. Pricing seemed high, however they were professional and got the job done.
Great service Loaned me two electric heaters, until they could repair my furnace. Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance
