i have used these folks in the past, including a new ac installation. Called to get quote/estimate for thermostat replacement (had original thermostat to house). Quote came within 5 hours. Set up appt. Came out two days later and completed install/replaced thermostat. While they weren't the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive either. In and out in less than an hour. Our furnace was not working. We called and were transferred to an answering system. After an hour we called again, again an answering system, we did receive a return call where we were told by the repair man would that he would be by that day. We have not heard from anyone since.
