These guys are so unprofessional it’s embarrassing, I had a plugged up toilet they came in and within 3 mins they said the pushed whatever was plugging up the toilet through. As soon as they left I flushed the toilet and it backed up so called them and they said the contracted has been completed there’s nothing they can do. I called my home warranty and the called them back out, this time the gentleman was extremely rude and was talking about how my kids need to not use baby wipes in the toilet then said he was done and the issue was resolved, as soon as he left for a second time I flushed the toilet and it backed up. I had to call a completely different plumbing service to come out and check out this issue Thoroughly. The found a drain stopper stuck in the toilet that was causing the issue.

Terrible company. Very unprofessional husband and wife team that do half *ss work or don't complete the job. They left my trash bin filled with concrete on my front lawn, left a huge hole in my living room exposing pipe & sewer water. Oh & left me & my family without the use of water. This is the absolute worst company & even worse human beings. I don't understand how they can leave a family in these conditions. They lied to my face! I was told another contractor with better equipment would be out to finish the job. They actually decided the job was too hard & wanted more money. They left my home a hazard & ruined my front lawn. Please avoid this company like the plague.

My hot water heater stopped working so I called my insurance company and they sent out Ability Access Plumbing and Rooter. They did showed up on time and only looked at the water heater and just said you need a new one. I have insurance for the repairs however they stated that many of their items they had to do were called modification which the insurance would not cover. Yes they only want to make money (example $45 to move two straps up 4 inches, $95 to install two flex supplies lines, $75 for a ground wire and $55 for spacers which was two boards screwed to the wall.) They did put in a brand new water heater however it didn't work. I called them the next morning (Friday) and they said to call my insurance company to request a call back. I did and they said they would come out on Monday. Well Monday morning they called and said they were not going to come and that I had to call the manufacturer to have them fix it. They wouldn't stand behind their work. I call another plumbing compan
