After calling 4 other electricians William was the only one who came out in the middle to the night to diagnose a burning smell in my house. After ruling out other electrical causes, he determined it was the water heater malfunction and recommended we turn off the power to the heater just in case. Further investigation the next day showed it could have burned down my house with my wife and 2 kids inside.
