Awesome work. Technician let me know the exact issue. I felt confidence in his ability to fix my air conditioning unit. Did a great job. Called on a short notice, they were here within 2 hours and took care of the problem within 1.5 hours. I will definitely be a customer in the future and will refer him to people I know. Awesome job and thank you again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Warning: these people are out for a fast buck and do shoddy work. They use high pressure from the initial call and first visit. The person answering the first call wanted to be sure we were ready to do something because they like to install the very next day. The two guys who showed up seemed to know what they were doing, but also insisted we commit on the first visit. We agreed to install a new heating and A/C system and the installers came the next day. They finished that day, but were hard to communicate with and were sloppy, leaving debris around the yard and driveway. At first the heating system seemed to work, but a month or two later, it would shut off shortly after coming on. We called TRC and a tech came out. He claimed that our house vents were too small for the new heater. I complained to the manager because they should have known that before installation. She apologized and gave us a discount for installing the new vents. The crew came
