I am so impressed with Alternative Heating and Air! We had them out to repair the HVAC unit on a rental. From the first phone call to the final handshake, this company was top notch! Tom was able to diagnose the problems and quickly fix the issues. They are very upfront about pricing and provide outstanding value and service! I definitely recommend their services!!!! Tom from Alternative Air is outstanding. On a hot day (Sunday) our a/c did not come on. The following morning I called Alternative and Tom arrived in an hour. He immediately was able to diagnose the problem and repair. He was very informative and professional. I will never have anyone other than Alternative Air service our heating and A/C equipment.
