DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My husband and I had a clogged toliet, we knew it would be a quick job as nothing severe happened. The tech who came out was super friendly and a gave great service I will say that HOWEVER after the job was done, the job that took TEN minutes, he gave us a bill or $429!!! We have never paid more than $100-150 to get a clogged toliet fixed. Nothing replaced etc. I called the owner to express that there is no way his fee could be that high for something so simple. There was no compassion or understanding and stayed strong that was fair. REALLY?!! We have a lot of expenses right now and this company has completely ruined our day. Call this place if you want to feel robbed. Service: Toilet repair

I was very upset because I wS expecting company and couldn't sleep. I saw in your ad that I could call anytime. I called about 6:30 am and was delighted to learn that I could expect a service person at 10. Ryan came explained and reassured me. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
