The Home Depot

If zero stars was an option that’s what I would give. I asked for help in the store getting something down from an upper shelf showed the gentleman what I needed went and paid for it along with a pallet of concrete came back in the item is still on the top shelf, so I scaled the shelves, got it down by myself no one was around. I proceeded to the front of the store, hoping that the forklift was on the way with my pallet of concrete. No such luck after speaking with three store employees and waiting 45 minutes my concrete got loaded.

Home Depot has always been a favorite of mine. The one in Chico it's a wonderful wonderful place to shop everybody is so friendly and helpful. See the fence that my cat Mr McGillicuddy is standing on we got that wood at Home Depot. Mr McGillicuddy is very happy with his fence. He told me it felt like quality would.

The 3 stars are strictly for tools. I've always loved Home Depot. You guys pretty much always have what I'm looking for. However, I'm making the switch to Lowes from now on. Why? Because your guys' customer service is SO bad that it makes me dread coming to your store anymore, for even small things. Your employees are not only rude, but they seem to have almost zero knowledge of tools and/or home repair in general. The lack of knowledge I could get over for sure. But the rude attitudes of your employees has me writing this, switching to Lowe's, and doing my best to make this behavior, (that the managers at the Chico location apparently ignore, don't care about, and/or are participating in), known to the public and even the BBB.
