We had an emergency water leak from our bathroom at 10pm last night and called around but no company answered but Plumbing Method. They came out within 30 mins and helped us not only did they fix the leak, they were able to clean up and dry out the mess it left. They saved us from a dire situation and stayed late until past midnight without any additional charges. As a fellow service technician, my family and I were very impressed by the care this family-owned company provided. They went above and beyond for my elderly grandparent to ensure the problem was fixed right away. I highly recommend them for any emergency plumbing issues versus waiting for a big company to eventually come through.
