Overpriced and will try to scare you in to repairs that are not warranted. Either the company is not trustworthy or they are not knowledgeable enough. Hedrick told us we had an issue with our water pressure and the repair would be $1400. We had a second opinion plumber come out to evaluate the issue and he told us our system was operating without issue. Honestly I feel like I was nearly scammed. 2 stars because the plumber was prompt and polite.

This company was great from start to finish. Very professional on the phone when I called to get an estimate. They sent someone out the next day and they were on time and able to quote a very fair price and do the repair on the spot. Josh M. was the plumber who came out and he was a pleasure to work with. He replace my water pressure regulator and main ball valve and did a wonderful job while also being very efficient.
