Metz Air replaced the original HVAC system from the 70's on my home last June. Techs were prompt, professional, readily answered questions and cleaned up the work area. I recently had Tech Jay come out to do scheduled maintenance. He was very pleasant and exhibited the same professionalism that I expected from Metz Air. I also like that I received a text message introducing Jay with a photo, prior to his visit. Service: HVAC system maintenance
The service personnel are very nice and do a good job. I especially like that they use booties when entering your home. However, I do question that with every maintenance visit there is always something that needs to be repaired. Not knowing anything about HVAC units, I'm forced to agree to the repair.
