From getting a quote to the installation everything went very smooth. Eric was the sales rep, Hayden and Horacio installed the unit. They were all very professional and polite. Metz came and serviced and repaired my ac unit. They were very thorough and explained everything every step of the way. We came up with solution to save some money for now to last us hopefully a year or 2 before we have to replace our unit Thanks Metz
They came on time; installed a new A/C unit in one day. We're fast and courteous and clean. They answered my questions on how the outside unit operates and cools the home. The home office also had very friendly employees. The Metz family team gets an A++++ from me.
