Fixed it right away, and provided guidance to prevent similar situations in the future. Additionally, he provided insight on how to move forward with reconstruction. Joe helped us a few times already. First job he did was to replace cast iron pipes with new pipe lining which was quite complex, he installed that on time and did a great job. Second time we had issue with our heat valve and he replaced that too. So if you are looking for reliable, clean, diligent plumbing Joe is your guy. Highly recommend him and his crew. Grease trap at our restaurant backed up. These guys showed up rapidly and were able to solve the greater issue on hand with our outflow pipes. Good crew, very up front with the work completion - even offering a look through the pipes via their camera.
