I had an upstairs toilet leak late Saturday night. I called a few “24 hrs emergency “ plumbers and either got no answer or was told it was a quiet night so they let everyone off. Fernando of ARS answered and said he’d be right over and he was! He stopped the leak, replaced parts, shared friendly banter and was on his way. We were (are) so grateful. He even checked on us the next day and gave us tips on how to fix the water damage. I had an emergency flood situation in my laundry room coming from an upstairs bathroom. I called a few plumbers prior to ARS to address the problem but didn't find what I was looking for. ARS answered the call and responded with the urgency that I needed. They quickly found and fixed the cause and then did a great job returning everything back to it's pre-flood condition.
