The owner Tony had an appointment to provide an estimate for a replacement skylight. I showed him the skylight and asked him to to provide the measurements and labor cost once he was done with the measurements. The owner Tony said, “okay,” I heard him get on his latter, then I went to check on him to see if he was okay. The guy took off, left my front door wide open.No estimate provided. He was No where to be found. I have a child so that’s inconsiderate and dangerous. This guy is a strange dude. I wouldn’t do any business with him, even if it was for free. My next step is to check to see if this guy is legitimate.

Accepted an estimate for roof repair at our home and scheduled an appointment for August 27. They wanted an appointment for August 23, but we wanted to be present during tear off and were not available on Aug 23 so we declined that appointment. They showed up on the morning of the 23rd anyhow and are about to climb up on to the roof when I caught them and remind them we didn't want them at our house to start work that day. The owner then called us, accused us of "screwing him over" by not allowing him to proceed with the work outside of the agreed upon schedule, attempted to manipulate us into allowing work to begin by canceling our appointment on the 27th and saying he may not have another opening for months, and said he was going to increase the cost of the job. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be treated that way and will not do business with that type of person, so I withdrew my acceptance of the estimate, and demanded a refund of my $1000 deposi

Dear Bernardino Roofing, Thank you for coming to my house last minute, and giving us a roof certification. Every other contractor who showed up said they could only give estimates for a full replacement, or tried to steer us to their lender. Tony is definitely the strong silent type, but Julie is super communicative and keeps everything running smoothly. Thank you for the great service!
