Gordon Plumbing and Tankless are folks you can trust and I do not say that often! We actually knew Zeb back when he worked for another small business and always requested him specifically when we needed a hand. We were thrilled when he decided to go out on his own. Now we can call for him directly! Yay! Since then we've bought a house and Gordon Plumbing installed our tankless as well as multiple troubleshooting and minor improvements around bathroom plumbing and clean outs. Can not say enough great things about Zeb & his business Gordon Plumbing! He was so professional, thorough, patient and knowledgeable in helping us to solve a very difficult and frustrating issue with the water heater at our business. He went above and beyond to get us diagnostic info, explain all of our options in great detail, help us coordinate work with other necessary contractors to make the repairs and run new power sources, and he worked with our chaotic schedule of having a busy salon, taking our calls on weekends and evenings and doing the work when it was most convenient for us (his typical days off). He solved a mystery problem that two other plumbers couldn’t figure out, and we haven’t had a single issue since. We highly recommend Zeb and his business and will be referring him to everyone we know.
