I was very pleased with the response time and professionalism of Zach and Jim. However, they ran a camera through 2 of our lines and found issues with both. We explained the work had be done by 2 different plumbers fairly recently (one a few months ago and one 3-5 years ago). We were hoping they are covered under warranties. Zach sent me footage of one but said they have NOTHING for the other line? I don’t understand. Why film one and not the other? How do we tell the other plumbers the problems or show them? We wasted $1600 it feels like. Jim wouldn’t quote one of the lines for repair because he said “he hopes it is still under warranty”. But what do we tell the old plumbers?? We have no footage and no report. I’m very very confused and upset. Services: Sewer cleaning, Sewer repair
