Chad arrived out to assess an electrician situation and was constructive and knowledgeable. Offered solutions and detailed explanation. would recommend.
I give them a 5. They were prompt, professional and courteous. The system itself is amazing. They were not the cheapest, but perhaps the best. There was a simple mistake made during the installation that kept the unit running and heating continuously. Once I called, they were fast to repair. This arrived during those 106 degree days, and we were thrilled they replaced our unit in 1 day.
Company has a good business plan on how to treat treats their customers. Always kept me informed on when they were coming and before arriving let me know who I’d be meeting. Takes time to explain things and I’ll refer and use again if I need to. Hope I don’t need them. Alexis and Chance were very respectful and professional. Would have them in my house to work anytime.
