We have used Lee’s Air for several years now. We buy their annual service plan and have been very pleased. The techs have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of property. Most recently we had a technician Paul M who was amazing! Service: A/C system maintenance
Outstanding service!! Technician Yee Yang came to repair our HVAC system and did an outstanding job!!! He was incredibly professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable!! This was my first time using Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating. My experience with the office, when I called to make an appointment, was an excellent experience. She was very nice & knowledgeable. She took my information, I explained my plumbing problems & she gave me an appointment for the very next day. Juan Villasenor was the Tech that came to my house.I explained the plumbing problems. He examined each problem. He investigated each problem. He then explained in detail the remedy. He took his time explaining & showing me what had to be done to repair the problems. He wrote up a detailed estimate. He explained the the costs of the job. Juan Villasenor was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly & patient with all of my questions. I would like to request that he & any other techs, return to my residence to complete the repair. Thank you for your excellent staff & respose.
