Snake 'N' Laterals

I was having problems with what I thought was my garbage disposal. Turned out I had grease clogged pipes. Nate cleaned both my sinks out and fixed the problem. Snakes N Laterals is a great company I have called them for 4 different problems with various situations. The two service technicians we're not only prompt in arriving on the job, Nate and Brad arrived ahead of schedule, after calling to confirm if it would be convenient for us. After arriving, they went right to work and went above and beyond what we expected, solving all of our drainage/plumbing issues. Paid for their services and got no resolution. They charge me 200 the first time and I had to call them to come again because my drains were still backed up, 2nd time I was charged again and still the same issue next day… now I’m asking for them to take responsibility and find out why it’s continuing but I’m met with we’re sorry my boss said I’m not able to go out there to your house, we’re not warrantied for our service because I express how wrong of them to continue to charge me when my plumbing is not getting fix. They can’t even tell me what’s wrong after paying all this money!
