Anthem Air Conditioning

Thank you Team Anthem Andrew, Larry, Angel, Adrian -sorry if I forgot someone. My air broke the day my mom was released from the hospital. We made it through the first week. I called my home warranty end result the coil/furnace was not covered. Andrew helped in connecting me with financing, and was able to get a new unit installed for me. I am beyond grateful as I care for my 96 year old mom who suffers from dementia and is on hospice. Relocating her could have caused more confusion and anxiety. With the heat wave now in affect I was desperate to get my air conditioner repaired. Anthem made it happen! The 2 young gentleman who arrived at my home were so kind. My mom was still sleeping and they moved in and out so quickly and quietly. This has been a wonderful day. Many blessings to staff and management. Kevon did an outstanding job of repairing the A/C system. i welcomed his suggestions and even had some of them completed while he was here. i am very happy with the work and plan to have Anthem keep my HVAC system operating.

I was skeptical about using Anthem because the reviews were not very good. I feel compelled to write this as first they repaired our air conditioning and this time they cleaned all our air ducts and we found them professional, friendly and in both cases they were punctual and did an excellent job.
