I was having problems with my Noritz tankless water heater. Ricky arrived on time and is very personable. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and make the repair right away. He explained everything to me taking time to make sure I understood the process. (I have had problems with repairmen in the past thinking that because I am a woman I couldn't possibly understand mechanical things) I appreciated that he spoke to me, not at me. I am so happy with the quality of service hat I received, Air One will be at the of my list for plumbing, Heating/Air needs in the future. Infact I plan to have them back to do my semi-annual Heater/Air-conditioning service soon.

Immanuel and Alfred were thorough and knowledgeable in their job. I must commend the company as a whole for their professionalism and courtesy. Although I am not completely educated in the AC terminology, I quickly picked up that they took their time to explain, and were patient with me and all my questions.
