Ceaser came out and showed up 1 hour after his initial arrival time to unclog my handicap mothers bathroom sink, he then provided me with a single picture of what the issue was, how he couldnt fix it and that it will require additional work and help to flush it. So when we mentioned the water pressure is now flowing slower then it was before we called them for services, he unprofessionally got upset and rudely gathered his equipment and left without us offering some kind of payment for his time and also leaving us confused on what services was actually done. Not to mention he never told us how much the said additional service will cost to flush the sink. We had to visit the website after that unprofessional encounter not only to write a review (which I dont normally write or have to write) but to find out how much the additional service wouldve cost($400). I DO NOT recommend them for services.

On Saturday, December 10, my bathtube and toliet got clogged. I called the company and Cesar responded. After explaining the situation, he informed me that he will sent someone to look over the damage. On Sunday, December 11, one of Cesar's men, Anthony came on time, around 8 AM and looked over the damage. Thanks to him, my family and I were able to find out what was the cause of the damage. It turned out that we have an old pipe that needed to get taken out and replaced with new one. That said pipe also had a root ball inside. He used a snake drain to take out some of the root ball to show us. We spoke with Anthony and made an agreement to get the damage fixed on Monday. Anthony and his co-workers showed up, and they worked so many hours to get the damaged fixed. Now, the bathtub and toliet are working much better thanks to this wonderful company.
