My furnace stopped working and Sam was out the next day and diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. He is a very cheerful and helpful person. No rush, and wanted to look at how other parts of the system might be improved. I am going to have him back in the spring to look at my air conditioning . I am super happy with his visit at an unbelievably reasonable rate.
Everyone was pleasant, professional and courteous throughout the long day for installation and kept me updated with progress. Neat and clean, not everyone cleans up the way they did. I very much appreciate the service and I am very satisfied and will recommend Campbell Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone in the future!
