Jacob was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to navigate our tiny crawl space and fix our leaking pipe. I found plumbing solutions on yelp and called them and got a plumber to come out within two hours to address a sink that was backed up. Jacob showed up and he was great and very knowledgeable. He identified another issue with the faucet and took care of that as well as cleaning the drain out. The tenants were very happy with his work as well.
