We called Water Heaters Only for an emergency water heater installation after my parent’s water heater completely failed. The company gave us a repair window and told us we would be the Technician Lucas first appointment. Lucas showed up on time and got right to work. He did a good job explaining all the costs involved. Lucas made quick work at removing the old water heater and installed the new Bradford and White water heater with all updated lines and valves. The entire job took approximately 1 hour. Lucas tested and insured the water heater and water into the house was working and cleaned up and removed the old water heater. Had my water heater go out at night, called this company cand spok with Phil, very knowledgeable and honest opinion and answers and set up an appointment for next day, between 10:00-13:00(1:00pm). Technician Lucas called and arrived around 10:30 am, we discussed all that would take place and he began the job. Lucas is a skilled and professional plumber/ water heater tech, he greeted me by name and introduced himself and was he will be doing. around 12:30 job complete and area very clean and no debris any place in the garage. Water Heaters Only are Amazing. They worked quickly and were Excellent. Would give them more than 5 stars if possible. Our technician was Wesley and he was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and did an exceptional job! He went above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative of his hard work! Especially in this heat and working in our sauna of a garage. Thank you so much for saving the day and fixing our hot water heater!
