THE LONG OF IT: There are certain purchases in life where these factors above always should come first, above anything else, especially expertise and sincerity, if you're looking to spend thousands on a brand new AC, Furnace, Duct and HVAC system (in my unique case). Katie was the hero of my day!! I was desperate for last minute appointment during a crazy heatwave and she had me scheduled and ready to go with ease. She was so helpful and friendly and it was nice to have an actual person to talk to vs an automated system. Victor was hero #2. We had our 20-year old system repaired by Ken - he was efficient and professional and had us up and running in no time.
