Francisco is awesome! He's very responsive and reasonable! They did a great job on our roof!
I had a bad experience because the person who came to my house to see my roof was not knowledgeable and placed a $200 tarp that I did not need. He said it was based on what I told him, but I am not the roof expert. He even went as far as telling me the repair he was going to do on a perfectly fine roof. Another company came 2 days later and they immediately were able to tell me that it was not a roof problem and removed the tarp I did not need for free. When I called highland roofing, they argued with me telling me they placed the tarp based on me telling them I thought it was because it just rained, but again, I should be able to rely on the fact that the expert roofer knows what they should be looking for.
American Highland Roofing is a professional company. Francisco came to our home to inspect and gave us a great estimation for our roof repair.
