I had a bad experience because the person who came to my house to see my roof was not knowledgeable and placed a $200 tarp that I did not need. He said it was based on what I told him, but I am not the roof expert. He even went as far as telling me the repair he was going to do on a perfectly fine roof. Another company came 2 days later and they immediately were able to tell me that it was not a roof problem and removed the tarp I did not need for free. When I called highland roofing, they argued with me telling me they placed the tarp based on me telling them I thought it was because it just rained, but again, I should be able to rely on the fact that the expert roofer knows what they should be looking for.

There were great and heard everything we needed to get done to repair our damaged roof from the strong winds on top of the hill, and went the extra mile to find a matching fascia boards cover material like we had since it was old.
