My husband and I started noticing a peculiar odor in our home, and called out another group of electricians first. They couldn’t find anything, and suggested the scent was not related to an electrical problem. My instinct told me that it has to be something electrical. We called out Bruce, who carefully and expertly figured out the problem by working with us every step of the way. It is a rarity to find an electrician who does not try to sell the customer on anything extra. One of the few good electricians out there! Felt like talking to a family friend. Thanks again, Bruce!

We are a local GC and hired Bruce to complete two main panel upgrades and gave him $1000 as a deposit. After acquiring permits Bruce said he could no longer complete the work which I was ok with finding somebody else to do so. I agreed to compensate Bruce for the permits as long as he transferred them to our other electrician and returned the difference. That was almost 5 months ago now and he still has not returned the difference in the deposit.
