Our toilets and bathtubs were blocked and backing up into each other. We called Roto-Rooter and they took a look and said it would cost over $400 to clean out. After some discussion the technician agreed to $250. But the problem was complicated and it took three technicians over 4 hours to analyze it with a camera and get our bathrooms working again. Turns out there is a break in the main line 45 feet outside the house which is making it easier for the pipes to get blocked. The technicians were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and insistent on doing the best job possible. They even called out a fourth guy to check that we didn't have any water damage and they held to the agreed price of $250 when it could have cost three times as much. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended. Service: Drain cleaning
Chris did good work. Persistent! best of all knowledgeable AND HONEST. Despite the problem being particularly difficult he took care of the clog and suggested options to avoid the problem in the future and suggested services that would improve my plumbing. Would definitely call roto rooter again.
They came out right away, didn’t have to wait days for an appointment. I really appreciate that! Thank you to the 3 technicians that came out.
