Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our toilets and bathtubs were blocked and backing up into each other. We called Roto-Rooter and they took a look and said it would cost over $400 to clean out. After some discussion the technician agreed to $250. But the problem was complicated and it took three technicians over 4 hours to analyze it with a camera and get our bathrooms working again. Turns out there is a break in the main line 45 feet outside the house which is making it easier for the pipes to get blocked. The technicians were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and insistent on doing the best job possible. They even called out a fourth guy to check that we didn't have any water damage and they held to the agreed price of $250 when it could have cost three times as much. The service techician came within an hour as the service representative during the initial call promissed. The technician was a nice young man, very polite, respectfully, clean, and knowledgeable. He did his task within 30 minutes. The service has 6-months warranty. If I need it, I will hire them again Service: Drain cleaning
