I can't say enough good things about this company. I was handling a serious kitchen sink pipe leak for my elderly in-laws. I had a couple of other quotes that left me skeptical since I could tell they were trying to gouge them and or go the insurance route. Either way it did not seem right. I called Tony's and right away I was impressed with the education I got over the phone with Francine. I didn't feel pressured. She made sure someone came out the same day to check it out. I met with Tony later that day, who got there before me. He got right to business, then gave me his professional opinion. There was a definite aged galvanized pipe leak when the faucet was turned on, but it wasn't visible because it was behind the wall, but some of the wall was opened up from a previous fix. What I liked was he gave me possible scenarios of what it would take to fix it. It was mainly an access issue. If it couldn't be fixed from inside, he might need to break stucco from outside.
