They're still working on my very messed up deck, but they're incredible in all ways. They do everything themselves, from removing doors to install the flashing and sill pans, to building new thresholds to replace old rotted ones. They arrive on time, they don't mess around, and they don't leave until they've completed the day's work, and have completely cleaned up everything. They are hard working, friendly, and polite. I highly recommend them. You DO get what you pay for in the world of construction. I shopped around a lot before I hired Crank Brothers Waterproofing. Their price is a bit higher, but I know I won't be disappointed with the lasting quality of their work when they are finished.

I had several bids to add a new waterproof system on a set of outdoor stairs near the back of my house. Crank provided a reasonable price and explanation of the process. Once I signed with them, they came out on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project took 3 days total and it ended up looking great.
