John was amazing. We were in need of an electrician quickly. He showed up 4 hours earlier than our appointment, listened to our issues, asked questions so he got the whole picture and trouble shot a series of complicated issues. Since you asked, I had a disappointing experience with Premier Electric, and therefore I do not recommend them. First off, they were a no-show for my consultation - I waited 2 1/2 hours. They later attributed it on an operational tech malfunction. Secondly, they came a day later and told me they would have an estimate to me within a day or two. It’s been about a week, so I’ve moved on. My experience with this company has been frustrating.
Blake appeared twice for two different installations. I am overjoyed with how lovely both installations turned out. He was on time, responsive, knowledgeable, and nice. Furthermore, scheduling and calls and emails were returned promptly. If I needed any extra electrical work done, I would not go anywhere else.
