We have used Tweedy over the past five years and always called them back to help out. NEVER AGAIN! Called them to router a clogged patio drain and the process was a dismal failure. The plumber that came was nice enough, but he did not approach the stoppage from both ends--from the drain opening and the street. He concentrated on the opening, but never went to the street outlet that we had discussed early in the operation. He did use a balloon to no avail and said that the pipe was probably broken. He never went to street to work the other way on the blockage. When I called the office yesterday afternoon and explained my displeasure I was told by the son of the owner that "you don't beat horses" and all that could be done was done. I did explain about the other entry point, but that had no impact. He did say that he would talk to his associate and get back to me today, which he did.
