Robert and his team installed an 18k BTU mini-split system in our guesthouse, and the entire experience was fantastic. The price was fair, they were easy to schedule and arrived RIGHT on time, they finished when they said they would, and they left the jobsite absolutely clean. Robert, Jim, and Dakota have done a couple of jobs for me here in the Bay Area and were outstanding. One was the relocation of a large AC unit, and one was the installation of a mini-split heat pump. Great quality of the job aside, they were all wonderful people and made me track down the ol’ yelp password to leave a seldom review. They were punctual, very fair priced, and communicative leading up to and after the job. Our family just finished a significant remodel and I was pretty worn down from various subcontractors on the job - this team was a breath of fresh air and I’ll use them every time I have jobs similar to these.
