What a Rock Star technician today. His name was Joseph Lopez. He was early, professional, explained thoroughly, gave me a price immediately prior to starting, worked really hard to rid my drain of sludge, and the only he wanted was some electrical current. Happy to oblige. When he was finished, he left it spotless. Super kind man with manners! Thank you. First time customer, however, Roto Rooter is who I will call from now on. Highly recommend.
Joe and Marc were great. They were professional and no-nonsense. They worked efficiently and conscientiously, taking care of the house while cleaning out some nasty pipes. They communicated clearly and kept me aware of each step and provided me an opportunity for inspection and to learn about the root problem I was facing. They fixed the issues swiftly. Had a leaky pipe. They came out here quick (in a rainstorm no less) and fixed it. My technician, Joseph was great! super friendly and knowledgeable he was able to fix the problem in under an hour.
