This was my first time using Roto-Rooter and I would use the service again! I needed assistance with a broken garbage disposal. I scheduled a day-of appointment, and was updated of my technician’s status over the phone. Michael was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had a sewage backup and our regular plumber was unable to get to it so, I called Roto-Rooter. Joseph came to our home, quicker than expected, and got right to work. I love his patience with my little dog. She just kept barking and sniffing him. He's a pro; knew exactly what to do and where to go. Extremely nice and polite. I'd give him a 10 out of 5 if I could. Now my job begins, cleaning toilets, etc. Yuk Thank you, Joseph, for all the help.
