I contacted Quality Plumbing & Drain Service for a quote to replace a leaking water heater. Drigo was able to come that same day and provided a very competitive quote. During the consultation he thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns, clearly explained the scope of work needed, and made suggestions to correct a piping issue that was previously ignored when my old water heater was installed. He didn’t try to up-sell me or use sales-pitchy language – I did a lot of research on my own prior to receiving any quotes – so I was confident he was competent, and most importantly, straightforward and honest. Although a different company would’ve been able to replace my water heater that same day, I decided to move forward with Drigo despite having to wait a couple more days due to the holiday weekend.
