Amazing - fixed my furnace problem in 5 mins over the phone after 2 days of no answers and cold.

I'm really impressed. We'd already gotten 2 estimates on our furnace, and I didn't have a clear picture of what the issue was. On my first call with Carlos, he walked me down the decision tree of what all the possible issues might be and how much it would cost to fix them. When he came to our house the next day, he immediately got to work and diagnosed and fixed the problem extremely quickly, and I had a clear understanding of what he was doing.
