Guy came out, my wife dealt with him since i was at work. He did what he could unfortunately it needed more work than what we both thought. He called me and explained it to me in detail after he explained it to my wife so nothing was lost in translation. Definitely good customer service.
We had a good experience with Rooter hero. They descaled and epoxied our entire drain system. Junior was in charge of the job. Junior was very nice to deal with. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to our phone calls. I highly recommend Rooter hero Service: Sewer repair
I give four stars because I believe the company should have better comunication amongst themselves and clients. As far as service I will give a 5/5 to our technician Brandon. He went above and beyond to help us diagnose and fix the problem with our water heater. Good communication skills, he even took the time to explain step by step what needed to be done and why.
