Paul Grijalva was here on time. Very efficient! Got to the problem right away and resolved it. He is very neat, he wore shoe covers (important to me) and did not make a mess. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend and call Rooter Hero again. Service: Drain cleaning

I felt Jamie was very professional, he explained the issue after going under the home to see if he could get to the source of our problem. He explained in full detail what the issues were and went over the cost with me, however it was out of my budget for now. But I appreciate him coming out and informing me of a job I'll need to address very soon. I was unable to use his services but I'll keep Rooter Hero in mind for when I'm ready. I would've left less stars but it wasn't Jamie's fault It wasn't in my budget right now.

Jeremy was an absolutely amazing plumber, he answered every one of my questions to the best to his ability. He offered fair prices and quick work to diagnose any and all my issues.
