I wouldn't recommend this builder for any remodel or ADU build. I'll take the time to break down why and help you understand my experience. Perhaps this will help you make a educated choice when it comes to any possible work your hoping to achieve with you're property when considering this contractor service. After meeting with several contractors I decided to use Cornejo Builders for updates to the backside of my house including working 1200 squ feet of pavers, updates to garage including putting in a toilet, drywalling, windows, and new floor, and also pool plans. Also a new slab front porch in-front of house. I paid his 350 dollar consulting fee which was promised to be takin out of cost of job (gimmick). It was spoken that I wanted to wait a few months to save some money for the job. So months after now that I've saved money I reach out and he asked me to send me a detailed email.
