Technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. They make every effort to come out as soon as possible (I called at 4pm on Friday and they came out at 12pm on Saturday)! Downey plumbing people are all knowledgeable, polite ,kind , and know exactly what they are doing . They are very reliable . I had a leak underneath my bathroom vanity and fix it right .
