Unreliable and unprofessional. They cannot handle the demand of service calls they get; therefore cancelling and not meeting customers needs is the number # 1 they do now. I totally lost respect for this company and I will never use them again. When you have to follow up with them not once or twice but 3 times to come and service my A/C unit I bought from them made it really clear they can care less of your needs. Very unprofessional. Had to reschedule twice due to them not scheduling us as agreed . Technician claimed to change filters but instead left old filters. Technician also claimed for the unit to have been fixed but A/C is still not fixed . Technician price gouged R22 Freon . Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning, A/C filter replacement

I had a a pan that was Re-routed in the attic because of crawl space issues. Owner came out , checked it and said it could be moved to another location in the attic. The price to do the job was fair. One e the new tenants moved in and used the a/c unit, water was coming out from the roof over the garden window and causing damage to it. The pipe needed to be moved to another location to prevent further damage. I called the owner several times and he replied saying he would call back, which he never did. I called the office and spoke with Selena a couple of times. She said she would call me back in an hour to schedule an appointment with a technician, and she never did. I called and spoke with Erica who said she would relay the message to Selena. Finally Rico Gomez came out, check the problem and said he would come back with a helper which he never did. I don’t know if Rico Gomez fixed the problem, but the water is draining to another location. I called Victor Gomez and again he texted t
