We had an upstairs toilet flood back in November (right before Thanksgiving) that damaged our kitchen downstairs. After quickly checking online I came across Plumbing Solutions and gave them a call. Joe was on site in no time, he checked the toilet and made sure the leak would no longer be an issue while we cleaned up and began our insurance claim. Fast forward through our insurance nightmare to the end of May and beginning of June when we finally had our kitchen remodeled and we needed someone to come by and begin to adjust some of the gas lines and reconnect our sinks and appliances. Joe not only took care of all of our needs, he was also flexible with our schedule and worked well around the schedule of the cabinet installers and counter top installers. We finally have our kitchen back and we have no problem recommending Plumbing Solutions to our friends and family.

First of all Joe of Plumbing Solutions, we will like to thank you for the excellent work you did on upgrading our water heater to a tankless type. Our old 40 gallon water heater was inside the house and was time to let it go. He made the necessary work to relocate outside the house. We will definitely call Joe again for any plumbing needs.

Called Joe from Plumbing Solutions a few days ago to change a basic flush valve on my toilet because it broke. He answered my call quickly and came by to let me know what the problem was on his way to another appointment. He said he would buy the part right after his previous appointment and be back shortly. A few hours later within he stopped by and replaced the flush valve in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough about how responsive and friendly he is and willing to go out of his way for such a small job. I have used him regularly for years and can always count on him making sure the job is done quickly and well.
