I would’ve given them five star but the Waite time was very long. They had no opening for two weeks so I had to wait without an A/C for two weeks. Shawn, the technician, was knowledgeable, on time, courteous, and took care of the issue right away. Service: A/C system repair
Our technician, Ulises, arrived on time, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to our questions and comments about our system and where necessary he troubleshooted the issue. He then explained to us what he found and made the appropriate corrections. He also explained the Warranty and Maintenance Programs to us and we decided to sign up for a Maintenance Program for our unit. Each employee we have been in contact with from Moore Mechanical has been very knowledgeable, cordial and helpful. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Our 4 ton, 18 SEER central a/c was serviced and two surge protectors were installed. He also checked on our attic fan. Service: A/C system maintenance
