Richard was excellent! He was very knowledgeable on our system and able to explain the work that he was performing. Ulyisis did a great job. Diagnosed the problem within 15 min and had the repairs explained and done in an hour or so. A bit pricey but when your air conditioning doesn’t work and your a mature lady such as myself you’ll pay what you need to have cool air ???? I’ve been with Moore Mechanical for over 20 years and always brace myself for a hefty bill but the service is great and I’m feeling chill ???? Services: Cleaning, A/C system repair
The technician was very nice and professional. That said, I paid over $600.00 to have my relatively new (10 year old) furnace continue to NOT work. And now they want another $600.00 to install a $20ish part, which also may not fix the problem. I don't know about you, but that's a lot of money to me. So, just be prepared to pay a LOT of money and maybe not get your furnace fixed. Service: Heating system repair
