Charles was excellent. He called before he arrived to confirm again, arrived on time and quickly performed a diagnostic on our system. He then gave me some recommendations to maximize our AC. Absolutely amazing service! I had water leakeage from my AC units in my short term rental and initially I was reffered to four different companies from my insurance company. They were all very disappointing. Then I decided to use Blue Diamond (outside of the insurance) and Charles diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately! Not only did he did an awesome job, he was very professional throughout! He called us when he was on his way, he arrived at the house on time. We were out of town at the time but he called us via facetime to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix the issue. He even cleaned up the blue handprints on the wall that were made by another provider. Charles came back second time for maintenance when I was in town, and he took the time to explain each step so that I could do monthly maintenance on my own, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Have previously only had bad experiences with HVAC companies even the biggest ones in the county. Blue Diamond came out quickly to fix the issues previous HVAC companies had caused and took the time to adequately explain the situation and the options we had to fix them without overselling anything while taking into account what future plans and options we had. They were able to schedule the repairs to be done almost immediately at my convenience and had the repairs finished quickly. I am finally able to have peace of mind running the system knowing that blue diamond has done the job correctly and fully.
