Very quickly they ordered a new one and within days it arrived and they installed it, in the interim They brought over a free standing unit to keep me cool over the Labor Day weekend. I have used Blue Diamond H and Air three times now. They came recommended to me and I would now highly recommend to anyone that’s needs service on heat or AC units. The service guy Charles was curtious, knowledgeable, efficient and importantly, on time. He kept in contact with me on upcoming appt and was here within 10 min of his scheduled time. He also responses directly for upcoming appts and was able to book within days of my initial call. He was quick to pin point problem and get units up and running. If your are tired of of getting the run a round from contractors around town, try these guys. You will be pleasantly surprised what an efficient company should be run like. Absolutely amazing service! I had water leakeage from my AC units in my short term rental and initially I was reffered to four different companies from my insurance company. They were all very disappointing. Then I decided to use Blue Diamond (outside of the insurance) and Charles diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately! Not only did he did an awesome job, he was very professional throughout! He called us when he was on his way, he arrived at the house on time. We were out of town at the time but he called us via facetime to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix the issue. He even cleaned up the blue handprints on the wall that were made by another provider. Charles came back second time for maintenance when I was in town, and he took the time to explain each step so that I could do monthly maintenance on my own, and answered all my questions thoroughly.
