Have previously only had bad experiences with HVAC companies even the biggest ones in the county. Blue Diamond came out quickly to fix the issues previous HVAC companies had caused and took the time to adequately explain the situation and the options we had to fix them without overselling anything while taking into account what future plans and options we had. They were able to schedule the repairs to be done almost immediately at my convenience and had the repairs finished quickly. I am finally able to have peace of mind running the system knowing that blue diamond has done the job correctly and fully.
